Training methods used:
- Role plays. participants are encouraging and motivated to enact “real work like” situations and identify areas of improvement.
- Activities / games. Especially customized games / activities designed to communicate the intended objectives.
- Simulations. Participants would be required to work in actual work like atmosphere and highlight / tackle issues arising at work.
- Play back. An innovative method used especially in customer facing areas and for college students, where a video recording of their performance is played back to them for identifying areas of improvement.
- Group discussions. A common work-related topic or situation is given to the participants to arrive at the best possible solution.
- Brainstorming. Participants are required to “wear other department” hats and look at situations from a different perspective and discuss solutions for the same.
- Audio visual clips. Inspirational and motivational clips / clips related to the topics being covered are shown to participants and they are encouraged to analyse the clips for messages applicable to work area.
